"When you begin to think outside the box, you often become some other "leaders" lousy follower. That usually costs something" (Andy Rayner)

"Our guardian angels are bored." (Mike Foster)

It's where I feel I'm at these days. “In the second half of life, it is good just to be a part of the general dance. We do not have to stand out, make defining moves, or be better than anyone else on the dance floor. Life is more participatory than assertive, and there is no need for strong or further self-definition” (Falling Upward. Richard Rohr.120).

Mission Vision!

"On every continent we can find outstanding examples of self-supporting churches and national missionary bodies. In Nigeria the Evangelical Churches of West Africa, which has more than a million baptized believers, sponsors its own mission agency with nearly 800 Nigerian missionaries. There are other examples as well, such as some of the Presbyterian missions in Korea. One local Korean church with 700 members sent seven couples with full support to Japan and the Philippines. When their missionaries lack support, pastors them- selves refuse or postpone their own salaries until the support is made up. Christians will fast, using the money saved to meet their financial commitment to their missionaries." (William Kornfield, "What hath our Western money and our Western Gospel Wrought?" EMQ July 1991)

Personal Addition - S Korean Church has almost 11,000 sent missionaries. A staggering amount of whom are working in 10/40 window.
