"When you begin to think outside the box, you often become some other "leaders" lousy follower. That usually costs something" (Andy Rayner)

"Our guardian angels are bored." (Mike Foster)

It's where I feel I'm at these days. “In the second half of life, it is good just to be a part of the general dance. We do not have to stand out, make defining moves, or be better than anyone else on the dance floor. Life is more participatory than assertive, and there is no need for strong or further self-definition” (Falling Upward. Richard Rohr.120).

Urbanization: 250,000 People Move into Cities Every Day!

Acts 18:10 (NIV) 10For I am with you, and no one is going to attack and harm you, because I have many people in this city.”

"………despite the fact that the mission field itself-the vast unreached world-has shifted like a crunching, incinerating mass of molten lava, overwhelming the world's cities. You think New York City is jammed? A mere 11,480 people per square mile live there. But in Hong Kong, for example, 247,500 people pack a square mile. The prognosis for the future staggers not only economists and politicians, but also church and missions leaders. Reports the Population Crisis Committee: "By the end of this century, the urban population of the developing (poor) world will be almost double the size of that of the industrialized (rich) world. " Some scholars say that every day a quarter of a million people flock into the world's cities."
