1/6 th of All People Live in Slums

"One in six people lives in slums- almost half the world's urban population. The United Nations warns the figure could double by 2030 if nothing is done to address it. Asia has the largest number of slum-dwellers, 554 million. Sub-Saharan Africa has the largest percentage of its urbanites in slums: about 71 percent. "
