A New Garden...Where The Old Rules Don't Work

"Over the years, I had attended countless conferences and collected a library of instructional manuals. All those training folders, complete with colored tabs and marketing-speak, were thrown out the window. The traditional and “proven” structures were created for another place. It was terrifying to me to leave those safe formulas behind, but I had to. This was a brand-new garden."
